Announcement of Management Changes

October, 2008—David A. Noyes & Company announces the following management changes.

John Bouckaert has been appointed President. John has been with David A. Noyes for nearly 30 years and was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and proven leadership experience to his new role.

Michael Pall has accepted the position of Vice President and Branch Manager of the Chicago office. He was previously with Charter One Investment Services as Vice President and Senior Regional Sales Manager.  Michael has been in the financial industry for 12 years.

Mario Bernardi has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer from his previous Senior Vice President position. He also oversees all branch operations. He joined the firm five years ago, and has been in the industry for 22 years.

John Bouckaert, Tom Bono, Richard Lazer and Mario Bernardi constitute the firm’s management committee.
